Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
RelayFront ("we", "the Service") provides an AI-powered receptionist that answers calls and messages, books appointments, answers questions, and takes messages on behalf of a business ("you", "Customer"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
What the Service is — and isn't
- RelayFront is a scheduling and message-taking assistant. It is not a licensed professional and does not provide medical, dental, legal, financial, or other professional advice. It routes anything requiring a professional to your team.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information (hours, services, policies, FAQ) you provide, and for following up on the bookings and messages it captures.
- The AI can occasionally mis-hear or make mistakes. You should review captured details (especially phone numbers) before relying on them.
Your responsibilities
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and only for a business you are authorized to represent.
- Obtain any consent required in your jurisdiction for recording or processing calls/messages, and comply with applicable laws (e.g. call-recording, TCPA, and industry rules).
- If you operate in a regulated field (e.g. healthcare), you are responsible for your own compliance obligations; contact us about a Business Associate Agreement where applicable.
Fees
Fees are as agreed on your plan, billed monthly, and may include a one-time setup fee. You can cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable.
Availability & liability
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior month, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed or mishandled calls.
